How to create a new RootScout account?

1. Open https://rootscout.com.
2. Click "Create an account".

   

3. Enter the email address you want to associate with your RootScout account.
4. Move to the “Password” field and create a strong password.

   Tips and requirements for a good password:

   • the length should be between 5 and 100 characters
   • avoid simple words, phrases, and patterns that are easy to guess
   • combination of letters, numbers, and symbols is preferable.

   A strong password helps you:

   • keep your personal info safe
   • protect your emails, files, and other content
   • prevent someone else from getting in to your account.

   Hint: Click the eye symbol when typing in password and you can see what you are inputting.

5. Enter your first and last name.

   

6. Click "SIGN UP" to submit the registration form.

   

7. Check your inbox for the instructions on how to activate your account we have emailed to you. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Click "Confirm email" or follow the link in the email.

   

8. Your account is confirmed and active:) You can now proceed to the authorization page and log in.
